This initiative was designed in 2008 to honor organizations that deliver outstanding work experience. Northern Nevada Human Resources Association (NNHRA) wholeheartedly believes that all workplaces should strive to be the Best Place to Work.

Following the nomination and survey process, NNHRA produces an Awards Ceremony to celebrate the winners of the prestigious Best Places to Work program.
