About the Event
As if navigating the HR landscape for small businesses isn’t complicated enough, in our “new normal” we now have to follow new and confusing laws, heightened safety requirements, work-from-home challenges and even have to deal with unemployment fraud on a large scale. Not to mention, handling unique situations as they arise when COVID affects the workplace. And it doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon.
Melissa Marsh will provide clarity around these issues to help small businesses cope with the COVID impact to their teams and operations. All of us could use some sustainable and useful tools and tips during this murky time. Let’s take the new out of our now HR normal!
